1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that chatCHENNAI assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings

2. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify chatCHENNAI of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. chatCHENNAI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2

3. USER CONDUCT

You understand that all information, data, text, files, graphics, links, photographs, messages, communication or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated.

Accordingly, you, not chatCHENNAI, are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted through your Account. chatCHENNAI does not control the Content posted or transmitted in any way via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. You understand that by using this Service you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Under no circumstances will chatCHENNAI be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the user of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Service. Listed below are some, though not all, violations that may result in chatCHENNAI terminating your Account.

You agree not to do any of the following actions while using the Service:

a. Harass, "stalk", threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another chatCHENNAI participant, user, or other individual or entity;
b. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service any Content that chatCHENNAI considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
c. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
d. Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
e. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the Service or in connection with your use of the Service in any manner;
f. Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in the Service.
g. In addition, you understand and acknowledge that differing countries, societies and governments may hold their citizens, companies and visitors to a different standard of conduct and speech (legal, ethical, moral and/or religious), and in this regard your Services may be terminated if they offend the conduct and speech standards of the country they are in or are transmitting in to. Considerations include the sensibilities of the recipient of the transmissions whether they hold a different religious or ethical viewpoint, are of a different race or heritage, have a mental disorder or handicap, or any other person having special circumstances;
h. transmissions that include references to sexual practices and/or containing inappropriate or offensive language;
i. content which promotes or incites terrorism, the misuse of weapons, or encourages or incites a person to commit a criminal offense.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

chatCHENNAI reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that chatCHENNAI shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. chatCHENNAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (b) chatCHENNAI MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. (c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.

This User Agreement sets out the entire understanding and agreement between chatCHENNAI and you with respect to its subject matter
